Following the untimely passing of Keith Roberts LRPS in December 2025, we, with his family, have introduced a new trophy in his name for the 'best in show' image from the Annual Exhibition. The first winner of the Keith Roberts Trophy was Ester Riordan's Angles and Extensions. Congratulations Ester.
We were delighted to hear that LSPS member Roger Lickfold has recently gained the distinction of Associate of the Royal Photographic Society. Roger's portfolio comprised landscape images depicting the mountains of North Wales, a truly demanding subject. Congratulations Roger.
Our programme of external speakers came to an end in April with an excellent and enjoyable presentation by Verity Milligan. Her images were inspiring and her enthusiasm infectious. A huge thank you to Verity and to all the other presenters who have visited LSPS this year.
